We held a long-awaited charter ceremony in Okinawa. The Okinawa Bilingual Club has been working towards the goal of “Holding a charter ceremony in Okinawa!!” and initially aimed to establish the club. On January 15, 2023, we successfully reached the milestone of founding the club. However, due to the COVID-19 pandemic, it remained difficult to hold an event where everyone could come to Okinawa in person. This time, although delayed by a little over a year, we were finally able to successfully hold the ceremony. I believe it is thanks to everyone’s support. To make the charter ceremony reflect the spirit of Okinawa as much as possible, we all danced the "Kachashi," a traditional celebratory dance of Okinawa, at the end of the celebration
